PARR membership is open to anyone interested in promoting and enjoying motorcycling. PARR does not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, religion, or gender. PARR welcomes riders of motorcycles of all sizes, types, and makes under the following conditions.

Safety comes first with PARR. PARR Group Riding Rules are used on rides. You and your motorcycle must be capable of riding at posted road speeds under varying conditions. Your motorcycle must be in good working order. The operation of your motorcycle's controls should be second nature to you. PARR rides include challenging mountain roads, with "twisties", "sweepers", and hairpin turns, as well as "superslab," when necessary. Although PARR plans rides on safe, surfaced roads, these roads present occasional hazards such as gravel, leaves, dogs, roadkill, debris, and weather-related challenges such as rain and fog. You should be able to ride safely and comfortably under these conditions.

To join PARR:

  1. Complete the PARR Application for Membership Form.  You must also mail PARR a $12.00 application fee or bring it to your first meeting or PARR ride;

  2. Attend 2 PARR meetings, social meetings count; and

  3. Ride with PARR members on one PARR club ride of sufficient length to assess your motorcycling abilities. You must have a valid motorcycle license and a completed PARR Release Form (you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the release form).

Upon completion, PARR will vote on your application at a meeting. Upon admission, you must pay the annual dues of $24.00 (pro-rated over the course of the year.)  and will  be given a "New Member Package" including a "New Member Code" to use in Registering on the PARR web site.
